Transfer

Khabarovsk – Hunting Territory – Khabarovsk by minibus (8 seats) or jeep. And snowmobiles and sledges are used for the transfer from the hunting lodge to the den with the bear. In the process of a den hunt skis can also be used. Hunting territory is situated within 200 km range outside of Khabarovsk (2.5 – 4 hours drive from Khabarovsk). Accommodation at a well-equipped camp.

Hunt Description

Prior to the hunt, the hunting guides prepare a taiga lodge and complete the den search. Once the den is found, the hunting guides prepare the paths to it. Most commonly, the bear stays in the hollow of a big tree 10 - 16 ft./3 - 5 meters above the ground. When the hunting group reaches the den during the hunt, the guides wake the bear up and lure the bear out of the hollow. When the bear gets out of the hollow, a hunter takes a short at the bear from a distance of 30 - 50 ft./10-15 meters away.

1 group consists of 2-3 hunters.
